How we handle personal data on this website and in the systems we operate.
What we collect
When you use this website we collect only what you give us: the details you enter in the contact form, a support ticket, or the live chat. We store a hashed version of your IP address to limit spam, never the address itself.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, handle your support request, and — only if you tick the box — send you occasional updates. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for two years. Support tickets are kept for three years so we have a history of your deployment. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the link in any email.
Data inside the systems we build
Where we operate a platform on your behalf, your organisation is the data controller and we act as processor under the terms of our agreement. Beneficiary data stays within the infrastructure you have contracted, in the region you have specified.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@seribatech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
